D7 class Battle cruiser

Starship that formed the backbone of the Klingon Defence Force for decades. The D7 type vessels were in service in 2260s, this desing was shared with the Romulans during the brief allience between the Klingon Empire and the Romulan Star Empire. These vessels some 228 Meter in overall lenght, were equipped with warp drive and phase-disruptor armanent. By 2280, an uprated version version of this vessel was intoduced. The K't'Inga Class was designed to eliminate the flaw in the D7. All D7 vessels were iether upgraded or retired.
